- No animals are allowed on the property.
- No smoking in the home or within 20 feet of the home.
- All transactions including maintenance requests, rental applications and rental payments will be completed online through the free online service, Cozy.co. Online registration and a checking account is required to apply and to pay rent.
- Every adult living in the home must fill out a separate rental application and pay a separate non-refundable application fee of $40. We use the application to verify credit, and background history.
