Historic North Van Brunt Boulevard is located just 4 blocks away. Multi-interstate access to I-70, I-35 and I-29. is only 8 minutes away. You are only 10 minutes from the Power and Light District, the Sprint Center, Truman Medical Center and Children’s Mercy Kansas City.   2. You must have a credit score of no less than 640 (A credit check will be performed on every adult who will be living in the home).
  3. A cash or money order payment for a security deposit of $1,000 in addition to the first months rent must be submitted upon an applicants approval in cash or money order.
  4. No animals are allowed on the property.
  5. No smoking in the home or within 20 feet of the home.
  6. All transactions including maintenance requests, rental applications and rental payments will be completed online through the free online service, Cozy.co. Online registration and a checking account is required to apply and to pay rent.
  7. Every adult living in the home must fill out a separate rental application and pay a separate non-refundable application fee of $40. We use the application to verify credit, and background history. If you meet all of the listed qualifications, please email us and we will send you a link for an online application.
  8. Regrettably, we do NOT accept Section 8 vouchers.
